Detras del Reflejo

This choreography represents the normalized and mocked situation of machismo and gender violence that women are currently facing in México and other countries. Represented by a girl and two boys whom in a playful manner disrupt her for personal entertainment, disregarding her needs and opinions. As the game escalates, it fuels the boys to take the game to a physical and mental aggression. This is a particularly challenging performance for the dancers who develop the choreography in a 4x4 feet platform.
