Power Flow is a contemporary movement class designed for people who are resilient and open to constant change, ready to explore different movement currents that can conceptualize presence, vulnerability and strength. During this class we will develop different materials from body transportation, movement dynamics, floor work, strength, force though motion and movement exploration.
Speed and awareness of your body will be an important aspect of this class. We will manage how to move around each other within the boundaries of the area creating a constant movement-space balance around and between one another.
Through this class, we will explore concepts such as risk, trust, self-protection, and tension. By engaging in simple tasks we will discover become aware of how we move, identify our limits, and learn how to push beyond them. Join us on this journey of self-discovery and growth.
